This Wednesday’s Wonder: Munich’s original Christmas market has a lot of sausages.
Our first time ever going to a Christmas market was in none other than one of the originals: Munich. We’ve been to plenty of farmers markets, swap meets and night markets. But, a Christmas market? That was new territory.
There was plenty of gluhwein, little biergartens, potatoes and the one thing that Munich seems to have plenty of: sausages. So, we did what any newbie Christmas Marketeer would do: we ate sausages. Then we ate some more sausages and then we ate some more. Because literally, you basically can only find sausages. And sauerkraut.
It’s a real sausage fest.
