This Wednesday’s Wonder: The Vizcaya Musem and Gardens in Miami, Florida.
By 8:00 am, I was already bit at least six times.
“I’m itchy,” I said, perplexed and scratching at my arm.
“Why am I itchy?” I asked to no one in particular as I reached for my leg. “What’s happening????”
They were mosquito bites and they. were. everywhere.
As I stood there scratching, my husband –who got only ONE bite the entire time we were in Miami– laughed a little.
Mosquito bites aside, the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens was beautiful and had a spectacular view of Biscayne Bay. Just like the bites are impossible to forget, this view is pretty memorable.
That view tho…said the mosquito.
